Maslinica Hotels and Resort approached us for assistance with booking stays in their hotels and camps for the upcoming season. Last season, they used Google advertising on a smaller scale. Our main goal was to increase the number of bookings for the hotel and camp through the Maslinica Resort website.

What did we do?

Through market and audience research and discussions with the marketing director at Maslinica Resort, we identified the target audience, which we segmented by country. We developed a promotional plan to be used throughout the season, utilizing high-quality photos and video materials for the campaigns.

In addition to the promotional campaigns, we continuously ran Search campaigns, which were also divided by country and keyword purpose. Each country had two campaigns: Brand, where users were introduced to our resort, and Generic, where users generally searched for hotels and camping sites relevant to our target area.

More countries meant tailoring and creating specific messages for each one.

Results

We created very successful digital campaigns thanks to a great strategy and thorough planning. Compared to the previous year, we saw a 328% growth in bookings via Google Ads, and in terms of financial results, revenue from Google Ads bookings rose by 932%
