Challenge

MS2 Energo faced challenges in retaining visitors to its website. The client wanted to determine whether the issue lay in the website’s structure and design or its SEO optimization. They were also concerned about the site’s technical performance and whether there was room for improving user experience. Additionally, their old website generated too few leads, and they wanted to increase the number of high-quality inquiries through the website.

What did we do?

We started with an in-depth SEO audit, meticulously examining the website’s technical optimization and performance metrics using Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics (GA). Following this, we conducted a comprehensive UX and CRO analysis to pinpoint troublesome user experience elements, providing targeted recommendations to enhance navigation and strengthen visual identity.

Our efforts continued with extensive keyword research to align the website’s content with high-value search queries. During the on-site optimization phase, we transformed meta descriptions, titles, and URL structures while also significantly improving page speed. We also delved into the backlink profile, evaluating both the quality and quantity of backlinks to develop effective strategies for boosting the website’s authority.

The Result

We increased the leads while reducing the cost per lead by optimizing the campaign, keyword optimization, and constant testing. The website experienced a high traffic boost, resulting in more visits, sessions, and engagement. For the next three months, we will continue testing the website and campaigns to constantly improve the key metrics from the old site and achieve the clients set goals. Besides thisbetter user experience (UX) has rendered it a more effortless and smoother experience for visitors, ultimately translating to enhanced conversion rates and satisfaction.
