About the Hotel
Hotel Brattia is located in Supetar on the island of Brač, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. Hotel Brattia is a newly opened luxury boutique hotel that operates under the umbrella of Orvas Travel Group.
Choosing Kontra as a partner reflected their intent to ensure that their online presence would match the expectations shaped by Orvas’ hospitality legacy. The hotel is a contemporary space for guests seeking an exclusive, personalized, and authentic holiday experience in a Mediterranean setting. It offers a blend of modern design, authentic Mediterranean ambiance, and top-quality service. As an adult-only hotel, it caters to guests seeking tranquility, privacy, and a more refined experience. Challenge
As a completely new luxury boutique hotel, Hotel Brattia aimed to set high standards in online communication from the outset. Through its new website, the goal was to present the newly created brand on the market and reflect the luxury, exclusivity, and Mediterranean charm the hotel offers. It was also important for the site to be search engine optimized (SEO) to attract as many potential guests as possible, while remaining simple to manage and regularly update with new offers. Furthermore, the website needed to provide a superior user experience, giving visitors quick and easy access to information, and enabling fast, seamless online booking of accommodation.

What did we do?
Before the development of the site, we also underwent the process of branding the hotel to provide it with its own visual identity. We worked towards building a differentiated and luxurious brand that would reflect exclusivity along with originality. It included deciding on the color palette, font, logo, graphic device, and setting the tone of communication to represent quality service. To ensure that the site would perform well on search engines, we conducted thorough keyword research using a mix of general and specific keywords that are relevant to luxury hotels in Croatia, combined with local SEO optimization and content optimization to drive click-through rates. We also studied the top luxury hotel websites to find the optimal structure, visual identity, and usability features.

Based on these results and customer input, we designed a clean, modern, and easy-to-use design using high-quality visual content and clear room, facility, and service displays. Technical deployment rendered the site responsive, fast, multilingual, and equipped with an integrated online booking system, with easy content editing and regular updates also being achievable from the client.

The Result
After completing the branding process, the visual identity components and communication tone palette were successfully duplicated on the website. By using carefully chosen design, color scheme, photography, and content, the story of the newly opened hotel was communicated effectively, giving visitors an immediate impression of luxury and Mediterranean flair. A full online booking and user-friendly online reservation system were implemented, allowing the guests to easily and rapidly book their accommodation directly on the website. As a result of thorough keyword research and SEO search engine optimization, the site reached top positions for tourism-related searches, leading to increased visibility and significant growth in bookings and enquiries. The clear navigation, clear presentation of rooms and services, and a responsive, modern design improved the user experience even further, enabling visitors to easily book and get information in a short time. Additionally, the system is planned to be long-term operational and easy to use, providing the client with easy management of content and continuous updating of their offers, so it can operate for years to come.
The project of developing the Hotel Brattia website completely met all tasks – updated look, SEO ranking improvement, and increased booking conversions. By implementing a thoughtful strategy for branding, research, design, and technical improvement, an online platform was created that aligns with the quality level of a just-opened premium-class hotel and enables it to be competitive in the tourism market.
