The Challenge

In a market filled with competitors grabbing attention, Baby Center faced the challenge of standing out as a top-of-the-mind retailer for children’s toys and equipment. One of the industry leaders in Croatian and Slovenian retail markets contacted us with clear goals in mind. Expanding their digital presence and maximizing the effectiveness of their advertising efforts for their digital storefront.

What We Did?

We created a digital advertising plan tailored to Baby Center’s needs. First, we studied their target customers and how they shop online. Then, we used various tactics the Meta Advertising platform provided to reach the target audience effectively.

By managing advertising for Baby Center Slovenia and Baby Center Croatia, we ensured a stable ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) throughout the entire year of 2023. The main goal was to maximize sales results within the designated budget. On both accounts, a ROAS of over 25 was achieved, meaning that for every 1000 euros invested, a return on investment of over 25,000 euros was generated.

In advertising, we primarily utilized product catalog campaigns and individual weekly and monthly promotions for specific product categories. A particularly successful ad set included a product catalog featuring items priced under 40 euros aimed at encouraging impulsive purchases.

How Did We Use TikTok?

In addition to advertising, we created engaging TikTok video content for Baby Center Croatia. Alongside performance marketing, we also focused on building brand awareness among the local audience.

By incorporating culturally relevant themes, trends, and humor into our videos, we ensured that our content resonated with viewers on a deeper level, effectively enhancing brand awareness and affinity among the target demographic.
