Although Mobile4U already had a website, it didn’t fully reflect the professionalism, clarity, and full range of its services, making navigation between fleet management, rentals, and used cars less intuitive while also lacking strong visuals, mobile performance, and clear calls to action. Without these improvements, there was a real risk of losing potential customers who expect a seamless and informative digital experience when exploring mobility solutions online.

Beyond the website, it was essential to establish social media profiles and define a clear strategy, tone of voice, and communication style tailored to the target audience, while ensuring that the overall design fully aligned with the brand’s identity through in-depth analysis and research of every visual and stylistic element.

To complete the picture, copywriting and content writing had to fit seamlessly into the overall concept of Mobile4U, clearly communicating value while reinforcing the brand’s personality and message across all digital touchpoints.

Process & What did we do?

The project began with an in-depth analysis of the existing Mobile4U website, competitors, and market landscape, allowing us to identify user needs and define a customer-first roadmap for a new, clearer, and more intuitive platform. We restructured the information architecture, redesigned key sections, including the used-car catalog, and created a clean, professional visual identity supported by a fast, responsive, and SEO-optimized website. After extensive testing across devices and user scenarios, the new Mobile4U website was successfully launched with analytics in place to track performance and guide further optimization.

In parallel, we closely observed the market and, through various research methods and testing, gained valuable insights into client behavior, end users, and the key buyer personas the brand communicates with. Based on these insights, as well as the client’s goals, we defined a complete online brand image and communication approach across social media, supported by a comprehensive Facebook and Google advertising strategy aimed at increasing inquiries, boosting visibility, and driving measurable growth. In addition, we developed the entire art direction for all digital profiles, ensuring transparency, strong market presence, and clear differentiation from competitors.
